Majestic two storey village house located in Capdepera, where 10 guests will find a great private pool and amazing views to the town and the mountains.
The amazing landscape views over the village even allows you to admire the ancient castle of Capdepera while relaxing at the terrace. You always can remember the days having a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening on the sofas out doors. At night, the village lights are the perfect scenery to barbecue the dinner. When hot is unbearable after sunbathing on any of the sun loungers, take a refreshing dip in the chlorine pool! It sizes 10 x 5 metres and its depth ranges from 1.5 to 2 metres. The caretakers of the property live on the lower floor of the building, so that our guests are well attended. The house is decorated in a combination of styles, from the rustic and old to the modern. The living room is characterised by its peace and there you can watch satellite TV. The dining area, as well as the kitchen - with an induction top - are independent. The kitchen also offers room for family meals or among friends and direct access to the terrace. A washing machine, an iron and an ironing board also are available. There are 5 bedrooms, with a wardrobe each and three with A/C, and 4 bathrooms distributed into two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a shower bathroom and two bedrooms. One has two twin beds and the other comes with a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom. On the top floor, there are three bedrooms, with two twin beds, and two bathrooms, one with a bath and a shower, and the last one with a shower. A cot and a high chair can be provided. The equipment of the house is completed with gas oil central heating. Capdepera is a medieval village with a castle, where several fairs take place throughout the year, so this is an interesting town, full of culture and history. No doubt, an excellent destiny to enjoy an great stay in Mallorca. The town offers all needed services like bars, restaurants, pharmacy, etc. The nearest beach is about 3 km away, the beach of Son Moll, and you will find a golf course just 3.6 km away, to go on entertaining. The garage has been converted into a Cycling Friendly facility to receive cyclists. There is exterior parking for 3 cars. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.
