Is there anything better than reaching the beach in just 10 minutes walk when you really love the sea and the sun? The only thing you need is to grab your towel, a soft drink and some appetisers and head to the soft sand. When the evening comes after a long day swimming and sunbathing or playing paddleball, you can chill out at a beach bar or in the shared pool of the residential, why not?. This is a fantastic chlorine pool surrounded by 11 shared sun loungers and an exterior shower. It sizes 15 x 8 metres and the depth rangers from 1.6 to 2.1 metres. The apartment is located on the 5th floor of the building with elevator and it offers a great living-dining room with a TV set and a cosy furnished terrace. The spacious room leads to the renewed kitchen, perfectly equipped to cook as if you were at home, including a top induction. Here you find the washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is a shower bathroom for the whole accommodation as well as a double bed bedroom with a closet to rest comfortably. Our extra guests can rest on the single sofa bed and folding bed. A cot an a high chair will be available if you are travelling with your children.
