Majestic two-storey town house located in Capdepera, where 6 guests will find a great private pool and beautiful views to the town and the mountains.
The panoramic view to the town is amazing since it allows you to admire even the ancient castle of Capdepera while you relax at the terrace. Any moment you spend in here will be memorable. You will always remember the days enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at sunset on the sofas outdoors. In the evening, the town lights become the perfect scenery to cook something on the barbecue. When it is hot after basking in the sun on one of the 5 sun loungers, take a good dip in the chlorine pool! Its sizes 10 x 5 metres and the water depth goes from 1.50 to 2 metres. The caretakers of the property live on the lower floor of the building, so that our guests are well attended. The house, decorated with a combination of styles that go from the rustic and antic to the modern, features all you may need for a unique vacation. The living room emanates peace to comfortably watch TV. The dining, as well as the kitchen (with an induction top) are independent. The latter also offers room to enjoy meals all together and direct access to the terrace. A washing machine, an iron and an ironing board are available. The two-storey house comprises 3 bedrooms, all of them with a wardrobe and air-conditioning. On the ground floor, there are a shower bathroom and two bedrooms, one with two twin beds and the other with a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom. On the top floor, you will a find the last bedroom with two twin beds and a bathroom with tub and shower. We can provide a cot and a high chair in case need them. The house is also available for the coldest months since it features oil central heating. Capdepera is a Medieval village with a castle, where lots of fairs take place. Hence, this is an interesting town, full of culture and history. No doubt, an excellent destiny to enjoy a great stay in Mallorca. Here, you will find al services you may need like bars, restaurants, pharmacy, etc. The nearest beach is about 3 km away, and this is the beach of Son Moll, and you will reach the golf course in about 3.6 km so that fun is granted. The garage has been converted into a Cycling Friendly facility to receive cyclists. There is exterior parking for 3 cars. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.
