Huize Nassau is an attractive, luxurious and cozy holiday villa with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a recreation room and a large garden. Optimal enjoyment and relaxation with your family, friends or relatives: this house is fully equipped (free WIFI) and recently completely renovated (and new for rent). Whether you come in pairs or eight, you'll feel right at home here. Please note: the holiday villa cannot be booked for groups under 21 years of age.

The house is spread over 3 floors. From the hall you enter the cozy dining area with large table and the open kitchen with cooking island. Behind the kitchen there is a bathroom with toilet and shower and a double bedroom. The spacious, bright living room with large wood-burning stove offers views of the garden from all sides. The patio doors lead to a covered and illuminated terrace (with remote control). Here is an outdoor table and a seat, so you can sit outside until late in the evening. You can spot various birds and squirrels in the large woodland garden. There is both sun and shade, a large fire bowl and a (buried) trampoline for the children. Hammocks, hanging chairs and swing bench can be hung in several places...

Between the kitchen and the living room is the open staircase. Here you will find two spacious bedrooms (2p and 3p). There is also enough space for a cot.

The stairs to the ground floor are located in the hall. Here you will find an extra fridge and a washing machine, a fourth double bedroom and a luxurious bathroom (toilet, shower and bath). There is also an attractively lit recreation room with a lounge sofa, TV, pool table and music system. Ideal for relaxing! All downstairs areas have underfloor heating.

Would you like to explore the area? You can take beautiful walks and bike rides through nature from your holiday home in North Brabant thanks to the extensive network of nodes. Shopping cities such as Tilburg and Breda, and amusement parks such as Efteling and Bobbejaanland are also easy and quick to reach.

The surroundings of the park are also very suitable for walking or cycling. Various walking and cycling routes are available at the reception. The park offers you all the facilities for an unforgettable stay. Pay a visit to our friendly brasserie and the heated outdoor pool or paddling pool or one of our tennis courts.

There is also plenty to do for children. The park attaches great importance to sustainability and corporate social responsibility. That is why this park has installed two electric charging stations.
