A stay at Villapark Panjevaart offers the good life of Brabant. And while you’re relaxing, your children can enjoy plenty of fun at the adjacent Molecaten Recreation Park Bosbad Hoeven with “Splesj” water play area. Here forests, heaths and polders form a wonderful backdrop to your holiday in Brabant. Relax and leave the worries of daily life behind!

In the park you have the possibility to access the Internet via KPN hot spots. These KPN hot spots allow you to connect to the Internet with your laptop at the reception building.Besides the park there are two theme parks and the Splesj water play area of Bosbad Hoeven. On a warm summer day children can enjoy the slides or splash around in the big pool. There is also plenty for smaller children to do: the family pool with Splash Castle is just one example. Around the slides and pools there is a large lawn where you can unwind. In the Archipelago Restaurant you have a magnificent view of the fishing / boating lake (the water playground and the Archipelago Restaurant are closed from October to March and have limited open times during spring and autumn). Bubbles is an indoor year-round play area which you can visit on Wednesday and Friday afternoons and weekends (for a fee).

It is important to know that pets are allowed at Villa Park, but not on the adjacent recreation and water play area of Splesj. The indoor pool of the Splesj water play area is located on the other side of the park and has a separate paddling pool and a super waterslide. This pool is accessible year round at special block times (except for maintenance periods).

Panjevaart Villapark is a great place for nature lovers, those seeking tranquility, and true water rats!

On the ground floor of this luxurious villa lies the entrance hall and toilet. The living room has a sitting and dining area which includes a fireplace and flatscreen television. There is an open kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. The bathroom has a sink, shower and toilet. The wellness area offers a traditional sauna, whirlpool and solarium. </p>
Upstairs there are three bedrooms, each furnished with two single divan beds. /> /> The villa is equipped with a TV, DVD player, dishwasher, toilet, storage room and terrace with garden furniture. The design/layout of the villas may vary. There is parking for two cars at the villa. A third car can be parked in the central car park. </p>

Did you know that the southwestern part of Brabant contains the largest trail network in the Netherlands? 1000 kilometers of marked hiking trails lie at your doorstep and connect some of the most scenic areas, sites and landscapes. For cycling enthusiasts, in West Brabant there is a network of cycling paths. This network connects to those of Belgium and the rest of Brabant. Using the numbered nodes you can follow the white and green signs and create your own route. Thus every route is different. For culture, history or Brabant atmosphere you can visit the cities of Breda and Bergen op Zoom. Also Burgundian Antwerp, with its charming cafes, shops and harbor, should not be missed.

+ There is an ATM present at the reception. It is not possible to use credit cards in the park. Notes of € 100.00, € 200.00 and € 500.00 are not accepted in the park.

+ You are required to rent bed linen. If you have reserved a baby bed, bed linen is not available. We ask that you please bring your own. Hand and tea towels can be rented or you can bring your own. A bath linen set consists of 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel. A kitchen linen set consists of 1 tea towel and 1 hand towel.

+ Overnight visitors must be announced at the reception and all park charges and bed linen fees must be paid.

+ If you bring a dog, you are not allowed to leave it alone in the rented accommodation because of possible destruction to the furniture. This is true even if you bring a dog crate because of the possibility of noise.

+ We cannot assume responsibility for lost or mislaid property, damage to property or personal injury incurred during your stay at Villapark Panjevaart.

+ If you have reserved the types of child-friendly with sauna, wellness (except Wellness with outdoor spa) or Comfort sauna, you get free access to the adjacent Splesj Water Play Park and indoor swimming pool of Bosbad Hoeven.

+ The indoor swimming pool of Bosbad Hoeven is open during working hours. The Splesj Water Play Park is open from late April to early September 2013, the outdoor playground and the De Archipel restaurant are closed from October to March and open in the low season on a very limited basis.

+ The cost for a ticket to Bosbad Hoeven / Splesj water play park is approximately € 15. Tickets are available at the entrance of Bosbad Hoeven / Splesj water play park.
