This newly-built villa is suitable for up to 10 persons and offers all the modern conveniences, comfort and luxury. It is an ideal accommodation for families and / or groups of friends. The format is as follows: there is a small, cozy but well-equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge / freezer, kettle and microwave plus sufficient utensils for the stated number of guests; a spacious dining area with a dining table and chairs that can also serve as a living room; 4 bedrooms, one furnished with twin beds the other three each with a double bed (you also have the possibility to add two extra beds); and a total of 2 bathrooms, each with a shower, toilet and sink. In one of the bathrooms there is a washing machine. From the spring of 2012 you will also have an Internet connection available. Outside the villa has a furnished terrace with stunning views, a large communal garden with swimming pool (3 meters in diameter), a barbecue and a sandpit. A little further away you will find a larger pool (10x5.5 m) with sun loungers and a parasol (use for a fee; in common with villa BN902544). A true oasis of tranquility!

In the surroundings of your villa you can admire the beauty of no less than three castles, the most famous being Karlštejn (built in Czech Gothic style), once the residence of Charles IV. The other two are Křivoklát Castle and Točník Castle. In addition there are the impressive caves of Konepruske with remains of human occupation dating from the Stone Age and the flooded quarry called America. For golfers, within in a radius of 25 km there are no fewer than 2 luxurious golf courses, one in Beroun (18 holes), the other in Karlštejn (27 holes). Talk about good food: wherever you go you can find restaurants with international, Czech, Asian, Italian and Oriental cuisine, all with affordable prices. This villa is truly a great base to get to know the Czech Republic.

Upon arrival a deposit of 150 € must be paid. The deposit will be returned after your stay, provided the apartment has not been damaged. If the house is not left clean, you will be charged for cleaning (25 euro).
You are required to separate your waste.
Resting hours: from 11:00 pm you are not permitted to make any noise (in the house or garden) that would disturb the normal resting hours of others.
The pool can be used, in common with the guests of house number BN902545, for a fee of 2.10 euro (50 CZK) / per person per day including sun beds.
Hand towels and dishcloths are not provided, so these should be brought from home.
Smoking is not permitted in the house.
