This farm is located in Vernazzano, a small hamlet situated between Tuoro sul Trasimeno and Passignano. The hamlet consists of a street with a small bar. At the end of the street you’ll find this old stone farmhouse, with a figure of a pirate built into the wall. The farmhouse contains 6 apartments: three on the ground floor, two on the first floor and one on the second floor. The house is quietly located amid olive trees. Guests can use the swimming pool (6x14m) and relax on hot summer days in the shade provided by the olive trees. There is a washing machine available for guests. The present owner, a count, has restored and rebuilt the estate with much dedication, so that everything on the exterior has been left in its original state. This gives the farm a wonderful authentic atmosphere. Cars can be parked next to or behind the farmhouse.

This beautiful apartment lies on the first floor and can accommodate six to eight persons. It has an area of approximately 110m² and is accessible via an outside stone staircase. The apartment consists of two floors and has a balcony. On the ground floor, adjacent to the living room, you'll find a kitchen equipped with a gas stove, kettle, fridge with freezer, electric oven and Italian coffeemaker. The living room has a sofa bed and a rustic fireplace. There are three bedrooms in the apartment, two downstairs and one on the first floor. The bedrooms have two single beds each. Double beds can be substituted upon request. There are two bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet. One bathroom is located in one of the bedrooms, the other is outside the other bedroom. All properties are attractively furnished and have central heating and a TV. Guests of this apartment get their own spot in the garden, complete with outdoor furniture.

This farm is located near the village of Vernazzano, between Tuoro and Passignano. From the farm you can walk through a beautiful landscape of hills, forests and olive trees. Nearby the farm local wine and olive oil is produced. A short distance away by car you can find splendid towns and cities of great historic importance. Examples include TUORO SUL TRASIMENO (2 km), famous for the battle between Hannibal and the Roman Consul Flaminio; PASSIGNANO (3.5 km) with its medieval center which is only accessible on foot. From this medieval city you have a magnificent view of Lake Trasimeno. The town of CASTIGLIONE SUL LAGO also has a historic medieval historic. The narrow streets, gates, courtyards and trattorias give the village a typical Italian atmosphere. PANICALE and PACIANO are two beautiful medieval villages that are also worth a visit. Paciano is one of the best preserved fortified towns in Italy. Perugia is located 35 km away and attracts many visitors each year with its labyrinth of streets and alleys. The following places - Assisi, Arezzo, Cortona, Orvieto, Spoleto and Siena - are just a few of the other tourist destinations that can easily be reached within an hour by car. Even Rome and Florence are slightly more than an hour away by train.

Arrival is on Saturday. Upon request it is possible to arrive on another day.
