We are looking for new cleaning colleagues for our small-scale park (7 holiday homes) Waterdorp Burdaard. In this position you contribute to a pleasant holiday for our guests by ensuring a clean holiday home upon arrival of the guests.

Guests can arrive and depart daily, so the work will take place from Monday to Sunday between 09:00 and 15:00.

What you will do
The 7 vacation homes of Waterdorp Burdaard are very nice and spacious, for 4, 6 and 10 persons. Soon our newly built 10 person house will be rented out, for this we are looking for a cleaning team of 2 cleaners who will clean this house after each stay.

As a Cleaner you will ensure that guests start their vacation with a 'wow' feeling. You will be part of a small team where everyone is there for each other. Your job:

* You make the beds
* You mop the floors
* You clean the kitchen
* You clean the bathroom and toilet thoroughly
* You make sure that the (bed) rooms, the terrace and the hall are clean

Requirements:

What we ask of you

You are someone who can tackle things. If your colleagues need help, you are happy to jump in.
Additionally:
* Experience with cleaning is required
* Flexibly deployable
* When receiving reports from guests, ensure that the reports are resolved quickly and adequately
* Proactive attitude. Thinks along to stay ahead of potential problems
* Speaks Dutch, English or German at a basic level

From Bungalow.Net, our tour operator branch, we offer more than 30,000 accommodations spread across Europe. Thorn is the heart of the ResortNet Operational Team. From our Targu Mures location in Romania, we manage IT, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service and Development.


Under the ResortNet label, we market individual holiday parks, resorts and hotels nationally and internationally. There is a tailor-made package of support for every park. This ranges from a back office for the park reception, to drawing up budgets and marketing plans, to promoting each unique holiday location. But also providing training on location, advising on the tendering of cleaning and linen suppliers.


As an All-round Sales & Back Office Employee, you are responsible for the smooth running of various administrative processes within the organization. You work closely with various departments and are a point of contact for owners, customers and suppliers. You ensure that all administrative tasks are carried out efficiently and accurately.


Within this position, you will work closely with the Sales Manager and the Back Office Manager and provide support within the operational team where necessary.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answering and advising owners: You are a point of contact for homeowners of the various parks and handle questions, complaints and requests in a professional and customer-oriented manner. You offer appropriate solutions, give advice and ensure that owners are satisfied with the service provided.
• Checking settlements: You check the settlements of owners and make sure that they correspond to the agreements and contracts made. You identify any deviations and take action to resolve them.
• Processing contracts: You process various contracts in the system and ensure correct and timely administrative processing.
• Supporting the Sales Real Estate department in preparing sales-related documents, such as contracts and agreements.
