Three fans and one electric radiator complete the equipment. The apartment is located on the fourth floor without lift.

In January, people of Xeraco celebrate Saint Antonio Abad and in June take place the celebrations of Saint Antonio de Pádua, at the same time the patron saint of Xeraco.
