In this modern apartment, 5 guests will enjoy the sun and the beach in one of the most wonderful towns in Mallorca, Alcúdia. Our guests can enjoy their lunches and dinners outdoors on the two beautiful terraces that the apartment offers. The first is located in the front and the second in the back with access from the bedrooms and where you can also lie on the sun lounger and relax in the sun.

Interior

The apartment, which is located on the ground floor of the building, is luminous and modern. The living room is equipped with AC and TV sets. The kitchen has a ceramic hob and the basic equipment for cooking. There is also a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The accommodation has 3 bedrooms with AC: one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub; another with twin beds; and the last one with a single bed. Another bathroom with a shower completes the accommodation. Also if you are traveling with your baby we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.

Surroundings

The apartment is located in a quiet area in the town of Alcúdia but with all the necessary services for an independent stay at hand. The closest beach is Sa Marina, ideal for going with children thanks to its clean and shallow waters. But you can visit many other fantastic beaches such as Port de Pollença, Port d'Alcúdia or Platges de Muro by car or bus, as there is a stop very close to the accommodation. Finally, a visit to the walled area of Alcúdia - to get lost in its wonderful streets full of shops and restaurants on market days - is a must.
