Conditions of the landlord:
If you have certain preferences as to location, interior, etc, please indicate when booking. The surcharge is 60 euro. When preferences are indicated without accompanying payment, there is no guarantee that your wishes will be honored. You are requested to tidy up the accommodation prior to departure, placing the furniture in its original position. If your accommodation is found untidy after departure, the cleaning costs will be withheld from the deposit. You are prohibited to flush down the toilet or throw into the sink any object or substance that can clog up the drainage of the toilet, kitchen or bathroom. Any expenses made for the repair of the drainage system in case of obstruction by such objects or substances will be charged to the tenant. All garden furniture is to be placed indoors whenever you are absent from the accommodation. Loss of a door key incurs a charge of 15-50 Euros. You are expected to respect the house rules. If you have any complaints about your accommodation, please report it immediately to the reception desk. If your complaint is not dealt with on the spot, you are requested to inform Bungalow.Net in writing no later than 7 days after your return. Bungalow.Net will send your complaint to the responsible authority that will handle it further.

Starting from summer season 2014, in order to ensure that the clients will leave the accommodations in a perfectly state of cleanness, a new cleaning deposit was added to the usual deposit.
The amount of this second deposit is equal to the value of the final cleaning and varies according to the capacity of the accommodation.
This new cleaning deposit is not applicable to the clients who have opted to pay for the final cleaning service.
The final cleaning deposit is not cashed by the residence. If a client pays by cheque then the cheque is kept and destroyed in front of the client upon departure or the client will sign a guarantee on their credit card for this deposit. If clients choose to pay by cash, the amount will be returned upon departure.
We need to receive your payment within 48 hours or you need to send us a valid proof of you payment in that time. Otherwise we are not able to keep your reservation after these 48 hours. The payment obligation will not lapse after this time.
