The residence comprises four buildings (one main and three annexes, all without elevators), offering a range of units from 2-person studios to 3-room cabin apartments for 7/8 guests. Some apartments are duplexes, and many offer views of the surrounding park or the sea.

Security Deposit

• A deposit is required upon arrival and will be refunded after the accommodation is inspected on the day of departure

• Accepted payment methods: cash, check, holiday vouchers, traveler’s checks, Eurocheck, credit card

Arrival and Departure

• Arrival: between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. (until 8 p.m. in July and August)

• Departure: before 10 a.m.

• For late arrivals, it is essential to contact the residence before 6 p.m. on Saturday to receive instructions
