Welcome to this beautiful finca with two buildings, located in the rural surroundings of Inca. It has magnificent views of the countryside and has capacity for 8 people.
The outdoor spaces are superb. There is a saltwater 50 m2 pool, with a depth ranging from 0.5 m to 2.10 m and an integrated Jacuzzi and an area with running water, thanks to which you can relax and unwind from the daily routine and stress. There is an outdoor shower and 6 deck-chairs for sunbathing. In the exterior you will find a large fenced area with fruit trees. This property has two buildings, the main one and one by the pool. The main house has a fantastic furnished porch of 50 m2, perfect for spending unforgettable evenings outdoors with family and friends. Beside the porch, there is a large terrace of 60 m2 where the little kids can play safely, but always under the supervision of an adult. The building by the pool consists of a fixed barbecue, a large kitchen-dining room, a full bathroom and a laundry area. Thanks to this second building, you have a more direct access to the pool and its surroundings.








Interior

This 290m2 house, distributed over two floors, has four bedrooms: one double on the ground floor and three on the first floor (one double with an en-suite bathroom, one with bunk beds and one with a trundle bed). All bedrooms have air conditioning. A cot is available on request. There are four bathrooms that serve the entire house: one on ground floor with shower and the three on the first floor (one with whirlpool bath, one en-suite and a whirlpool shower, and another one with whirlpool shower). The house is equipped with oil central heating. The living-dining room, with air conditioning, is ideal for relaxing by watching satellite TV (German and French channels) or reading a good book. The dining room is a nice place to share lunch or dinner with your loved ones. The separate kitchen uses gas and is fully-equipped. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

Surroundings

The property is well-connected so that in a few minutes you can reach Inca, a town with all possible amenities, including a wide variety of shops, restaurants, the traditional market every Thursday, etc. In Inca you will find a wide variety of shops and restaurants serving fresh fish, high quality meat, pizza, pasta, sushi, tapas, tasting menus or traditional Mallorcan cuisine. Every Thursday, a large market is held around Inca’s main streets, which become a bustling place.

Around the finca, you will find different pathways that are perfect for walking, going on short excursions, cycling and climbing the Puig de Santa Magdalena, a hill with magnificent views over the whole island. It has a small chapel from the 13th century and a restaurant. Other pathways and tours can take you to the Serra de Tramuntana mountains (declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO) through small valleys or to the area known as Es Pla de Mallorca, a flatter area in the centre of the island.

Important information
-We cannot accept guests under 25 years, unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
-Pets are not allowed.
-The holding of events is forbidden.
-There is exterior parking for 3 cars.
-Between 20:00h and 07:00h, you can use the AC at no extra cost.
-Heating is available from 6h to 9h in the morning and from 19h to midnight from November to March for a fee.
-The Jacuzzi has only cold water, it can't be heated.
-You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner.
-Check in time is from 16:00 and check out time is until 10:00.
-Please note that young groups and parties are not allowed.
There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season . The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay.
