The 9x4m pool with a depth of 1 - 2m is the main feature of the outdoor areas. It is kept clean with chlorine and has child protection. On the pool terrace, there are up to 8 sun loungers to enjoy the sun and a lawn area where the children can play. Under the porch you will find a table for outdoor meals and right next to it a fixed barbecue.

Interior

The 170m2 of the house are distributed over 2 floors. On the ground floor, you enter the living dining room, furnished in a rustic and functional style. In the colder months, you can heat the living room with a wood cooker. Sit down for a while to watch satellite TV or gather your family and friends at the dining table for 6 people. From the dining room, you access the kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob and all the utensils you need to prepare your favorite dishes. The kitchen has access to the terrace. There is a washing machine, ironing board, and iron. One of the 4 bedrooms is located on this floor and is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe. A bathroom with a bathtub completes the ground floor.
Going up to the first floor you reach a second living room for reading or hanging out with friends and the remaining 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms are furnished with 1 double bed each, the 4th bedroom has 2 single beds, all have a wardrobe, fan and electric radiator. A bathroom with a shower serves this floor. If required we can prepare a cot and high chair for your baby.

The house is situated 2.5km from the town of Inca in the center of the island. All the necessary services for an independent stay can be found in the town. Interested parties will find a wide offer in leather trade, culture, and history with its three late gothic and baroque churches dating back to the 13th century and nightlife in the area of the Plaza del Angel with bars and terraces. The traditional market day is Thursday and apart from local fruit and vegetables, you can find clothes, souvenirs, and accessories. The nearest beaches are in Puerto de Pollença and Puerto de Alcúdia, which are half an hour's drive away. In the west of the island you will find the Tramuntana mountain range with many points of interest; don't miss "Sa Calobra"!
