Plagne Village is located in the heart of the ski area at 2050 m altitude and consists of houses and small buildings made of wood.
The 4 * house is ideally located near amenities: supermarket, post office, bus to Plagne Center. At the foot of a blue ski slope and the chair lift Bergerie, the residence is located in a traditional architecture, in the immediate vicinity of a ski school and a small supermarket.

The Residence is located in the upper part of the authentic Les Carroz d'Arâches village resort in Haute Savoie (near the center and shops). In July and August, it offers free hikes with guides (2 half-days per week) to explore the unspoiled nature of Les Carroz d'Arâches. A dynamic resort that offers many activities: skate park, mountain biking, paragliding, swimming, horse riding, hiking, climbing, white water sports, via ferrata.

Accommodation
Your rental offers different types of accommodation to meet everyone's needs. The apartments range from studios for 2/3 people to 2/3 rooms for 7/8 people. Your residence is on 3 and 4 levels. The apartments in your rental are all equipped with a kitchenette (ceramic hob, microwave or microwave grill, dishwasher). You will also find in your accommodation a bathroom or shower with WC. For all your moments of rest, after sports days in the mountains, you will be happy to have access to television (at an additional cost) in your apartments. In most apartments you have a balcony or terrace. Take advantage of a good breath of pure mountain air to recharge your batteries!

The Residence is not equipped to accommodate people with reduced mobility and does not have a lift. Not all apartments have balconies

Conditions :
Price in euros, per apartment and per stay.
Deposit * to be paid on site: € 500
The deposit is returned after inventory on the day of departure or returned by post within 8 days.
Tourist tax to be paid on site: 0.90 € / day / person (+18 years old)
Eco-participation to be paid on site: 0.20 € / night / person (+18 years old)
Only 1 dog is accepted at this accommodation, with no exceptions.
* An extra end-of-stay cleaning is included in the price. Please note that all accommodation must be returned in a clean and tidy condition. Any failure as to the cleanliness of the returned accommodation and requiring a cleaning intervention other than that described in our GTC will be liable to invoicing through the deposit .
