Interior
This wonderful house of 210 m2 is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor you can find a bedroom with a double bed and two bathrooms, both with shower, one of them in exterior. If you travel with a baby, we will provide you with a crib and highchair. The living room is open to the the dining room, and features a sofa and two comfortable armchairs where you can watch your favorite series on the satellite TV. There is also a dining table with chairs where you can eat and dine with family. The independent kitchen, with ceramic hob, is spacious and comfortable and has all the necessary utensils. On the first floor we will find two more bedrooms; one with double bed and one with two single beds, both with wardrobe and fan. There is also a third bathroom with bathtub. On this floor you can also find a terrace with beautiful views of the countryside and the mountains.
Surroundings
Pollença is a beautiful village at the foot of Sierra de Tramuntana inhabited mainly by local poeple. It has a port with about 7 km of wonderful beaches and a rich commercial and hostelry life that will allow you to stroll through its shops or to taste the typical food in its restaurants of fresh fish or typical Mallorcan food. The history of Pollença can be lived walking through its old town, preserved intact for years. You can go hiking and visit the Sanctuary of Lluc, the village of Llucalcari or the Escorca hidden in our Sierra.
