This fantastic villa with private pool and beautiful garden, on the outskirts of Sa Pobla welcomes 6 guests.
You will enjoy the exteriors of this finca, with total privacy, thank to the nice Mediterranean weather. You can sunbathe on one of the 4 sun loungers around the pool while reading a magazine or having breakfast at the terrace early in the morning profiting the fresh air in the morning and the great views of the mountains. In fact, if you feel like a fresh orange juice, you can do it with the oranges taken from the orange trees, although this depends on the season. When it is really hot, nothing like a swim in the large salted pool which sizes 16 x 3.5 metres and with a depth that goes from 1 to 2 metres, or have a shower outside. The porch is perfect for a family dinner and a delicious barbecue at night. This one storey house has been decorated in a modern style but with some rustic details. There is a spacious room with air-conditioning, where the kitchen , the living and the dining room come together. You will also find two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. The kitchen features a gas top, a bar with stools and a table with 4 chairs. It is open to the dining area where there is another bigger table, and to the living room. Here, you can lie on the sofa while watching satellite TV or a DVD film, or listening to music with the CD player, or playing a table game available at the house. Behind the precious stoned columns you will find the bathroom and the two air-conditioned bedrooms. One presents two double beds and a closet and the other has a double bed and an ample walk-in closet. We can also prepare a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby. The laundry room comes with a washer, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board. Two radiators are also available for the coldest nights. This finca is located near the railroad tracks, so it is possible you hear the noise from time to time. This is at the same time, an advantage because you can use this means of transport to go to many towns. In the centre of Sa Pobla you will find everything you need for a nice stay. By car, you can visit the village of Pollensa, which is also very near. It is a wonderful villa which is worth a visit: Its marvellous cobble stone streets with little shops. We recommend you to go to the so called "Calvari", a little chapel at the top of the village with spectacular views. The beaches of Ses Casetes des Capellans and Can Picafort are only 20 minutes drive from the house. These are fine and white sandy beaches, ideal for a dip in their crystalline waters or to taste a "paella" by the shore. There is exterior parking for 5 cars. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. You will probably hear the noise of the railroad track.
