In 200m you will find a wonderful sandy beach where you can enjoy the Mediterranean atmosphere with your loved ones. On this terrace, there are 2 sunbeds for sunbathing while enjoying the sea breeze and an area with awnings where you can share unforgettable moments with your friends and family. In the 1F there is a balcony which is accessed from one of the rooms and in the 2F a 20m2 terrace where you can hang clothes. In the -1F or basement of the house is the garage in which you can park a total of 2 vehicles, and the home’s privacy is partial.
