In the 1F there is a balcony which is accessed from one of the rooms and in the 2F a 20m2 terrace where you can hang clothes. In the -1F or basement of the house is the garage in which you can park a total of 2 vehicles, and the home’s privacy is partial.

If what you want is a tourist area, about 10km away you will find the busy area Picafort. There, you have all kinds of entertainment both during the day and at night; and you can enjoy a variety of water sports such as windsurfing, kite surfing or jet skis, among others. At the same time, there you will have access to all products and services you may need during your vacation.
