Once you approach Hof van Salland you will be surprised as you look around. Is this the Netherlands? The Sallandse Heuvelrug is worthy of its name. The beautiful rolling hills with dense forests and moorland ensure that you will be in a whole other world.

The brand new holiday resort of Hof van Salland fits perfectly with the beautiful surroundings. The holiday resort is spacious and well-equipped including a tennis court and restaurant which is open the entire day from breakfast to dinner. Savor a good glass of wine at the end of the day. What immediately strikes you about the luxury homes of Hof van Salland is their typical Twente-Saxon style, which gives a truly peaceful rural feeling to them. Hof van Salland is a park under construction thus not all of its center amenities are available and not all of its homes are ready. The management of the park will do everything in its power to prevent possible disruption of your peaceful holiday.

Hof van Salland is a fireworks free park.

The villa consists of two floors, has free WiFi and at least one bedroom in each accommodation features a flat screen TV. All villas are smoke-free and offer parking for one car. On the first floor you'll find two bedrooms and a second bathroom with whirlpool, washbasin and toilet. There also is a traditional sauna.

 

Entrance with separate toilet. The spacious living room features a flat screen TV, gas fireplace, underfloor heating and garden doors towards the usually partly covered terrace. On the terrace you'll find a luxurious garden set with parasol, where you can enjoy the green surroundings in peace and quiet. There also is a luxurious open kitchen with cooker (5 burners and a wok burner), dishwasher, Illy espresso machine, microwave oven and fridge with separate freezer compartment. On the ground floor there also is a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with rain shower, Sunshower and washbasin.

 

On the first floor you'll find two bedrooms: one room with two single beds and one with a double bed. There also is a second bathroom with a whirlpool, washbasin and toilet. Also on the first floor, you have a traditional sauna.

 

Please mention your preferences when booking your luxurious wellness villa (please also see the prices for extra preferences) in order to get e.g. a specific accommodation number or a villa where you can bring your pet. The latter is possible, but only allowed on request.

There is an ATM present at the reception. It is not possible to use credit cards. Notes of €200.00 and €500.00 are not accepted in the park.
The deposit must be paid on arrival only upon signature of a one-time authorization.
You are required to rent bed linen.
If you have reserved a crib, linen is not available. We ask that you please bring your own.
Hand and tea towels can be brought from home or you can rent them at the reception. A bath towel set consists of 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel. The kitchen linen set consists of 1 kitchen towel and 1 hand towel.
Overnight visitors must be registered at the reception desk and all necessary taxes and the linen fee must be paid.
If you bring a dog you are not allowed to leave it alone in the rented property because of possible damage to the furniture. You are not allowed to leave your dog alone in a dog crate because of the possibility of your pet making noise.
We cannot assume responsibility for lost or mislaid property, damage to personal property or personal injury incurred during your stay at Hof van Salland.

Hof van Salland is a park in development (under construction). The manager of the park will try to keep any inconvenience to a minimum.

We have not yet finalized all the planned facilities. The reception, bike rental, tennis court, restaurant / Grand Café with outdoor terrace, and heated outdoor pool are ready. The Wellness Centre is not ready yet.
- All apartments have a luxurious Illy coffee maker. Cans of coffee capsules are available at the reception.
- There is internet in the accommodations.

The restaurant will be closed from the 13th of January till the 30th of January.
Only 1 dog is accepted at this accommodation, no exceptions.
Hof van Salland is a fireworks free park.
