Location

Great apartment with a shared pool where 4 guests will find their second home, just a short walk away from the beach in Puerto de Alcudia.

A beautifully furnished balcony with views to the shared pool and garden is perfect to start the day with a succulent breakfast before going downstairs to bask in the sun on one of the two sun loungers that you will find on the private terrace of the ground floor or maybe enjoy a cool dip in the saltwater pool. It is 10 x 5 metres and the water depth ranges from 0.3 to 1.5 metres. There is an exterior shower where you can wash the sand and salt off after a long day at the beach which is only 1 km away from the apartment. And in order to end your day, nothing like a delicious barbecue!

Interior

The apartment comprises three floors. On the ground floor (on the pool level) you will find the garage, laundry room -with washing machine, iron and ironing board- and a shower bathroom. On the first floor, we have the communal rooms: the spacious living-dining area (with TV-Sat) open to the kitchen. This is joyful and funny inviting to cook delicious recipes on the ceramic top or the oven. Finally, the second floor offers a bathtub bathroom and two bedrooms, both with a closet. One has a double bed and the other has twin beds. We can prepare a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby. Finally, there is air conditioning both in the living-dining room and in the bedrooms.

Surroundings

The location of this apartment is perfect since all needed services are in walking distance: bars, restaurants, ice-cream parlours, supermarkets, etc. The beach of Puerto de Alcudia is the nearest one just a short walk away but we highly recommend visiting other beaches like the one of La Victoria. Every Tuesday and Sunday you can go to the street market in the town of Alcudia where you can acquire local and artisan products.
