After an entertaining day at the beach, you can rinse your skin at the outdoor shower of the complex and enjoy spending time in the communal pool before going upstairs to take joy in the terrace, cooking an exquisite meal. It is a chlorine pool and its dimensions are of 20 x 6 m and a depth of 1.2 to 1.7 m. Moreover, there is also a paddling pool whose dimensions are 6 x 4 m and a depth of 0.6 m.







Interior

The interior of this eighth-floor apartment with elevator gets, with its wooden flooring and its modern furnishing, a welcoming atmosphere for our guests to feel as if they were at home. The living dining room is ideal for having lunch or dinner all together and then chatting, while watching the TV. The kitchen is an independent room and it is equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, and other utensils, and it is where you can find the washing machine, the iron, and the ironing board. This house also has two bathrooms with a shower and three dormitories, all of them equipped with a wardrobe. One of them has a double bed, the second one has two individual beds, and the last one is just an individual bed and a bunk bed that, at the same time, it is a truckle bed, which is why this dormitory has a capacity for up to 4 people. A cot and a high chair can also be provided. Regarding the acclimatization, there is a ducted air-conditioner all over the house, as well as two radiators at your disposal.

Playa de Gandía is perfect for lovers of not only fine sand and crystal-clear waters but also for water sports or sand sports enthusiasts, such as volleyball, due to its large expanse. In addition, there is also a promenade with plenty of bars, restaurants, and ice-cream parlors that invite you to go in or take an ice-cream and go for a walk. For a more cultural visit or maybe at night, you have the picturesque old city of Gandía which is well worth visiting.
