This spectacular villa for 12 people, with a private pool, is surrounded by a breathtaking landscape and is only 850 meters away from the charming village of Selva.

This beautiful finca, located in a rural and forest environment, is a magic place. All corners invite you to admire the privileged landscape and feel the peace, especially the area of the pool where you will be able to bask in the sun on the 12 sunloungers and enjoy a nice dip. The private chlorine pool size 18 x 7 meters and the water depth ranges from 0.6 to 1.7 meters. The impressive table is the best place to enjoy your meals alfresco. The property is fenced and it offers total privacy.

Interior

The house comprises 2 floors. Preserving the real rock and stone walls, it welcomes you to a great hall and a traditional Majorcan living area. Next, you'll access the living-dining room where you can relax whilst watching the TV or tasting your best dishes cooked on the ceramic top. A bathroom with a tub and 2 bedrooms with a double bed each (one with AC and the other with a fan) complete the floor. On the first floor, you have another living area perfect for having fun since you can play pool and table football. Then, there is 1 more bathroom with a jetted tub, as well as 4 bedrooms with a double bed each (2 with AC and 2 more with a fan). All of them have an en-suite bathroom with a tub. There is a closet in each bedroom. A baby cot and a high chair are available. The laundry room offers a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board.

Surroundings

The house is located in a privileged spot, amid beautiful fields and mountains, but still near the village, just 850 meters away. Selva is a lovely town at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range with basic services like supermarkets, bars, and restaurants. The best starting point for hikers and bikers. The nearest beach is the one in Puerto de Alcúdia about 25.9 km away.
