This apartment is the perfect accommodation for a nice vacation. The complex features a great shared chlorine pool that sizes 10 x 5.5 metres and has a water depth ranging from 0.5 to 2 metres. It's accompanied by a great lawn area to sunbathe or for children to play. Moreover, the beach is only 340 metres away so you will reach it after a short walk and you'll be able to enjoy wonderful days at the beach and the pool and when coming back at the end of the day, be able to relax at the private terrace with views to the shared garden and pool.

Interior

The apartment is located on the ground floor and features a great and comfy living - dining room where you can have your meals all together and relax whilst watching the TV. The kitchen is independent and it offers as ceramic hob while in the laundry room, you'll find the washing machine. There're 2 bedrooms with twin beds, AC and closet. One of them also has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and access to the terrace. There's a second bathroom also with a bath in the house. A baby cot and a high-chair are available. We'll prepare de sofa bed in the living room for the 5th guest. There's gas central heating in the accommodation.

Canyamel is a beautiful residential area belonging to Capdepera, boasting one of the best beaches in the area and with all the needed services nearby like supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The golf course is also near, about 2.5 km away as well as the well-known caves of Artà and the beautiful Tower of Canyamel.
