This apartment is the perfect accommodation for a nice vacation. The complex features a great shared chlorine pool that sizes 10 x 5.5 metres and has a water depth ranging from 0.5 to 2 metres. It's accompanied by a great lawn area to sunbathe or for children to play. Moreover, the beach is only 340 metres away so you will reach it after a short walk and you'll be able to enjoy wonderful days at the beach and the pool and when coming back at the end of the day, be able to relax at the private terrace with views to the shared garden and pool.

- The fireplace in the living cannot be used.
- The pool is available all year round from 8 am to 11 pm. From this time, you'll be allowed to use it without disturbing the neighbourhood.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, must pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay.
