This beautiful house, located in the heart of Caimari, welcomes 10 guests.
In the exteriors of this wonderful property, you will find two spacious terraces with sun loungers and an outdoor dining area where you can relax in the sun or enjoy the company of your loved ones. On the ground floor terrace, you will also be able to cook your favorite dishes thanks to the barbecue available. Please note that as it is located in a village, the house has direct neighbors, so privacy is partial.

Interior

The interiors of this house are ideal to accommodate 3 families who wish to share their holidays together but at the same time have their privacy, as each floor of the house has its own living room, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. On the ground floor, you will find a dining room with AC and Smart TV, a fully independent kitchen with a ceramic hob, and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. When it's time to sleep, on this floor there are two double bedrooms with AC, one of which also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. An extra bathroom, also with a shower, serves this floor. The stairs lead to the two upper floors. On the first floor, there is another living-dining room with AC, a second fully equipped kitchen, and two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with shower and AC. Finally, on the first floor, you will find a dining room open to the kitchen with all the comforts to make your stay as pleasant as possible. From here you have direct access to the upper terrace. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. You will be able to use the washing machine, iron, and ironing board that you will find in the accommodation. If you are traveling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.

For hiking enthusiasts, Caimari is the perfect starting point to explore the mountains, as there are several hiking trails starting from the village that will take you through forests and breathtaking landscapes. This village is well known for its olive oil production and every year the traditional olive oil festival takes place, where tastings of all kinds of olive oil are offered as well as typical dishes of the local gastronomy.
