The playfully arranged accommodation offers room for 4 people (2 adults, 2 children) and is located on the 2nd floor. You reach the accommodation via stairs. All rooms in the accommodation are further located on one floor, but within the accommodation there are some height differences, such as stairs. In the bright living room there is a comfortable (sofa bed) next to the television. Next to the seating area you will find the dining table with room for four.
The kitchen has plenty of storage space and contains everything you need. Equipped with an induction hob, combi microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle and nespresso coffee machine, you have everything you need to prepare your meals.
The bedroom with a double bed (2x mattress 90x200cm) is adjacent to the kitchen. Here you can enjoy watching television from your bed because there is a second TV in the bedroom. There are also 2 bedside tables, bedside lamps and a wardrobe. The second sleeping accommodation is in the living room, by means of the sofa bed, and is suitable for 2 children. The bathroom has a walk-in/rain shower, toilet and a washbasin, towels can be dried on the towel radiator.
From the seat (table with 2 chairs) on the balcony you can enjoy the view over the Sauerland mountains. Here you can take a lovely walk with your four-legged friend because this accommodation allows one pet, so he/she can come along on holiday. If you would like to use a washing machine during your stay, you can do so free of charge in the shared storage room for bikes and skis, for example.

-We ask for a deposit of € 100, - through a SEPA form. This will be sent to you in advance and will be filled in at check-in. With the SEPA form you give us authorization to deduct up to € 100, - if, for example, there is damage. If nothing is settled, the SEPA form will automatically lapse.-NOTE: Only 1 dog accepted at this accommodation, no exceptions.
