This holiday resort is located on the ski slopes, at an altitude of 2050 meters. Here you’ll find more than 220 km of slopes, along with a variety of bars, restaurants and nightclubs. The Alpages is a newly-built accommodation with various types of chalets and lodges suitable for 6-10 persons. The accommodations are located in a building built in the typical style of the region. In winter you can ski almost to the front door of your accommodation. The chair lifts and ski lifts of the Mélèzes St. Esprit ski area are just around the corner. Shops and restaurants are close by (within about 50 feet). There is a regular bus service in the heart of La Plagne, so you can reach additional shops, restaurants, bars and other sports, entertainment and leisure facilities.

Interior

This chalet has an area of about 75-82m² and can accommodate up to 10 persons.
The ground floor includes a living room with fireplace and satellite TV, as well as a kitchen equipped with 4 hot plates, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and oven.
The accommodation consists of 3 rooms, each one with 2 single beds; a 4th room with a double bed; a sleeping corner with a bunk bed; 1 bathroom; 2 shower rooms; 3 toilets and a balcony.
A free baby package (baby bed and highchair) is available on prior request (subject to availability).
Outdoor parking is included in the rental price.

Surroundings

The village of Plagne Soleil is a major ski resort of La Plagne and Les Arcs, called Paradiski. It is one of the largest ski areas in the world. La Plagne Soleil is situated at an altitude of between1250 and 1350 meters above sea level. It has a direct connection to Les Arcs. There are buses from La Plagne Soleil in the heart of La Plagne which go to shops and restaurants, as well as entertainment, sports and leisure facilities in the area. La Plagne offers 220 kilometers of ski slopes. La Plagne is linked to Les Arcs by the Vanoise Express (4 minutes), where you will find an additional 200 kilometers of slopes. In this area you can also visit three glaciers and two mountain peaks which rise to over 3000 meters in altitude. The station has a lot to offer such as shops, restaurants, bars and discos. Be sure to visit the sauna, swimming pool and other (recreational) activities in close proximity to your accommodation.

This new cleaning deposit is not applicable to the clients who have opted to pay for the final cleaning service. The final cleaning deposit is not cashed by the residence. If a client pays by cheque then the cheque is kept and destroyed in front of the client upon departure or the client will sign a guarantee on their credit card for this deposit. If clients choose to pay by cash, the amount will be returned upon departure. We need to receive your payment within 48 hours or you need to send us a valid proof of you payment in that time. Otherwise we are not able to keep your reservation after these 48 hours. The payment obligation will not lapse after this time.
