Location

The park consists of 'cottages', terraced houses and apartments built in a Norman style (wooden cladding, wooden shutters, tiled or slate roofs) organized in 8 districts. - The Garden Club district: The district is located behind the building with the reception, bar, restaurant, mini-market and aqua park. The building is accessible from the neighborhood via footpaths. The district consists of single-storey cottages in groups of 2 to 4, all with a terrace. - The new Le Cotentin district: Located near the entrance to the park, this area consists of VIP holiday homes with facade cladding, wooden terrace and a sober but refined decoration. - Le Hameau district: This district consists of apartments around 4 one-storey buildings with unobstructed views of the Normandy ramparts and equipped with large balconies or loggias. - The districts of La Cote Fleuri and Cote de Nacre, Pays d'Auge, Bessin and Le Bocage. Adjoining double houses in groups of 2 to 6, with an unobstructed view of the Normandy ramparts, each with a garden and a beautiful terrace, except in the Le Bocage district, where the houses have large balconies
