Conditions of the landlord:
At some of our accommodations you can use the (communal) swimming pool or there is a swimming pool in the area. Due to the energy measures in Germany, the swimming pools are unfortunately not heated until further notice. Any existing saunas will still work as usual. We apologize for any inconvenience.
We ask for a deposit of € 100, - through a SEPA form. This will be sent to you in advance and will be filled in at check-in. With the SEPA form, you authorize us to deduct up to € 100, - if, for example, there is damage. If nothing is settled, the SEPA form will automatically lapse.
The rental price includes energy costs.
The apartment includes free use of the indoor swimming pool and use of the sauna (€ 2.00 per time).
Bed linen, final cleaning, and tourist tax are mandatory and can be found on your reservation overview and/or invoice.
Towels, kitchen textiles, and children's furniture can be rented separately on request.
Please note that young groups and parties are not allowed.
