The outdoor areas with a rural feel are very beautiful. The protagonist is the wonderful natural swimming pool which, without chemical additives, is cleaned by the movement of the water. It measures 6m x 6m and has a depth of 1.4m along its entire length. If you are staying with children, it is elevated and protected. On four sun loungers, you can enjoy the Mediterranean sun and at the same time, an outdoor shower is ideal for a quick refreshment. Depending on the season you can pick fresh oranges, plums, lemons, and apricots. A terrace with an awning is an ideal place for a barbecue with friends. This beautiful finca is fenced, has direct neighbors, and is only a few meters away from the village of Porreres.

Interior

On the ground floor, a dining room with a fireplace invites long evenings. The typical Majorcan kitchen is fully equipped and has a gas cooker. One bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds invite you to dream. A bathroom with a bathtub serves the lower floor. Under the staircase is the pantry with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

A staircase leads you to the first floor where you will find a large living room with a piano; a nice place to relax, perhaps while watching a film on the satellite TV. Two bedrooms, both with double beds, and a bathroom with shower complete the upstairs. We can provide a cot and high chair for our youngest guests. The house offers a total of four fans and two electric radiators.

Surroundings

Porreres is a very authentic village, surrounded by countryside and forests, which is located in the center of the island. In the center, you will find everything you need for a pleasant stay. After a family dinner in the village, you don't need to take the car as you can walk from the center of Porreres to the house. If you like sports, the area is perfect for cycling and excursions such as a visit to the Sanctuary of Cura or a ride on horseback through Randa.

Regarding the beaches, in about half an hour by car, you will reach the south coast and the village of Colonia de Sant Jordi. Playa des Carbó, Sa Rapita, Es Trenc, and Playa des Port are paradises with fine sand and crystal clear water. In Colonia de Sant Jordi good fish and seafood restaurants await you.
