Set in Esporles, in the middle of the Tramuntana Mountains, this area is nice for hiking and cycling. You could hike the Cami des Correu, a wonderful trail that connects the villages Banyalbufar and Esporles. In the center of the village you will find a grocery shop, restaurants and bars. The next beach is in Banyalbufar and it is a gravel bay. A 30 minutes' drive takes you to the south and to sand beaches like Illetas and Cala Major. The capital, Palma de Mallorca is famous for the Cathedral La Seu and the Bellver Castle and you can reach it in a 20 minutes' drive. There's exterior parking for 4 cars. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Interior

After a day full of activities, take a refreshing bath in the private, 10m x 5m salt water pool with a depth ranging from 1m to 1.9m. It is surrounded by a well-kept garden where to relax or bask in the sun on the loungers or have an open air shower. Maybe you fancy a tasty barbecue? No problem as this villa has one; furthermore there's a nice porch where you can enjoy great al fresco dining. A few fruit trees like almond and orange trees provide you with fresh fruits depending on the season. If you like fresh bread or pizza, there's a wood-burning oven. The plot is fenced and there are no direct neighbors so you'll enjoy privacy. The rooms are divided into three buildings. In the first one you will find a bright, well-equipped kitchen with gas hob, utensils and dishwasher. In this building you fond also the toilet with access only from the exterior. The owners have paid great attention to the details and decorated this room with lot of love. A big dining table has enough space for you and your guests. There's A/C and a TV with satellite. The second building consists in a triple bedroom with garden access. And last but not least, in the third edification there's a bedroom with double bed and shower bathroom en-suite as well as a cozy living room with TV, A/C and fireplace. A laundry with washer, iron and ironing board as well as a cot and a high chair are available.
