Late check in, on request (for arrivals after 20.00): € 50.00; late check-out (after 10.00 am): charge of one more night's stay.
Possibility to smoke only in outdoor spaces.
Tourist tax to be paid locally: € 0.50 per person per day, for people over the age of 12.
Security deposit: € 200.00.
The customer will take care of the separate collection of waste and its disposal by following the collection table; the accommodation to its return will have to be free from all the waste, otherwise it will be retained 50% of the security deposit.
