This property is only a few steps from the marina, the beach of the village and the promenade Palmasera. The beach and the promenade of Lungomare can be reached in a few steps and in the immediate vicinity are the main services; it is also an excellent starting point for diving into the marvellous waters of the beaches of the Gulf of Orosei, Cala Luna and Cala Goloritze for example, as well as for hiking or climbing in the wild hinterland.

Important Information:

-Consumption of water, electricity and gas: included in the rental price.
-The kitchenette and crockery are to be left tidy and clean; otherwise, a supplement of 50.00€ will be applied.
-Linen hires upon notice: 20.00€ per person.
-Small pets: always on request, 50.00€ per week.
-Option to smoke only in outdoor spaces.
-Late check-in, on request (for arrivals after 21.00): 50.00€; late check-out (after 10.00): charge of an additional night's stay.
-Tourist tax is to be paid locally in cash according to the rules of the Municipality.
-Security deposit: 200.00€. It will be the customer's responsibility to arrange for the separate collection of waste and its disposal by following the collection table; upon its return, the accommodation must be free of all waste, failing which 50% of the security deposit will be retained.
-Final cleaning is 80.00€
-Please note that young groups and parties are not allowed.
