Location

Cosy penthouse in a villa with an enchanting sea view, located in the residential area of Cala Gonone. Given its location in Cala Gonone, the house is ideal for a holiday of tranquillity and peace, still close to the main beach of the country; but it is also an excellent starting point for diving into the marvellous waters of the beaches of the Gulf of Orosei, Osalla and Cala Cartoe for example, as well as for hiking or climbing in the wild hinterland.
For larger groups, an attic with the same internal features is available adjacent to accommodate a total of 10 people.

Interior

Recently built, it consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom, second bedroom and bathroom; complete the property a veranda overlooking the sea, furnished with table and chairs to enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation. Free parking comfort near the house. Other facilities include a TV, washing machine, oven, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

Surroundings

Cala Gonone is a large tourist village in the centre of the Gulf of Orosei, the seaside capital of Barbagia, more or less in the middle of its eastern coast of Sardinia; the village lies at the foot of Mount Codula Manna, an extinct volcano, and is surrounded by a magnificent circle of limestone mountains, rich in woods.
Its beach, its small port, its numerous hotels and restaurants, its artisan shops, its scenic beauty, its climate and the numerous entertainment and cultural events, including international ones, which take place there, make it frequented throughout the year.
By boat, it is possible to reach the famous Cala Luna beach, a jewel so precious that it needs adequate protection, and the Bue Marino cave: the cave, which is part of the karstic system of the Supramonte massif, opens a small entrance to the sea and hides in its kilometric insides amazing natural treasures, as well as some monk seal families, the last specimens of distant glacial times of the Mediterranean.
Not to be missed: obviously, a visit to Cala Luna and the Grotta del Bue Marino.

-The kitchenette and crockery are to be left tidy and clean; otherwise, a supplement of 50.00€ will be applied.
-Linen hires upon notice: 20.00€ per person.
-Small pets: always on request, 50.00€ per week.
-Option to smoke only in outdoor spaces.
-Late check-in, on request (for arrivals after 21.00): 50.00€; late check-out (after 10.00): charge of an additional night's stay.
-Tourist tax is to be paid locally in cash according to the rules of the Municipality.
-Security deposit: 200.00€. It will be the customer's responsibility to arrange for the separate collection of waste and its disposal by following the collection table; upon its return, the accommodation must be free of all waste, failing which 50% of the security deposit will be retained.
-Final cleaning is 70.00€.
-Please note that young groups and parties are not allowed.
