In the apartment (140 m2 incl. Terraces) there are three bedrooms, a luxurious bathroom with a sun shower, a large living room with gas fireplace, balcony (8 m2), a modern fully equipped kitchen with dining area, there is also a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer. On the second floor there is a large roof terrace (42 m2) with a view of the dunes, from where you can enjoy the sun.
The apartment also has its own outside storage and its own parking space. The parking lot is equipped with a charging station for electric cars (Newmotion)

It is located on the beautiful island of Walcheren, a stone's throw from Middelburg, Vlissingen and Zoutelande. Due to the perfect location of the apartment complex, you can enjoy optimum sun exposure.
In addition to staying on the beautiful and unique south beach, the Dishoek location offers numerous alternative relaxation options. How about playing some Golf at the De Zeeuwsche golf course in Middelburg? The less experienced golfers are also very welcome here. Water sports enthusiasts can either surf (kite) or sail on the North Sea, the Veerse Meer or the Westerschelde.
The historic town of Veere and the monumental city of Middelburg can be reached by car or bicycle. But whatever is possible: grab a drink on a terrace in Zoutelande, visit the unique boulevard of Vlissingen, shop in the city or take the bicycle-pedestrian ferry to Breskens, Cadzand, Sluis or Knokke!
