This beautiful coastal house is a marvel. It is located at a short walk from the beach and its exteriors are ideal. At the back of the building, there is a big salt private pool, - 10 x 5 m and 1 to 2.2 m depth -, with 8 sun loungers and a fantastic furnished porch ready for your best barbecues. And, at the front of the house, there is a lawn area that surrounds an amazing terrace where to relax.

Interior

Inside the house, there is a large living-dining room, with TV-SAT, air conditioning, and a chimney. Immediately after, you gain access to the kitchen, with an induction hob and a dining table with chairs and benches. The laundry is provided with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. There are 4 dormitories with A/C, of which two feature two single beds and a wardrobe, while another one has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower and cot/high chair, and, finally, the fourth one has a bunk bed. All four have fans (3 of them are ceiling ones). There are two more bathrooms with showers at the house as well.

- Check-in time is from 16:00 and check-out time is until 10:00.
- The air conditioning of the living room runs from 2 pm to 7 pm and the ones that are in the bedrooms run from 10 pm to 7 am.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years old unless you are a family. - We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

- There's a mandatory tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years old, have to pay this tax.
