The family resort is located along the Adriatic coast in Lido di Spina, the first of the Lidi Ferraresi, just 500 meters from the sea, in a quiet position, surrounded by the green Park of the Po Delta. It is the ideal place to spend your holidays by the sea and it is the most suitable solution for families looking for the freedom of a residence holiday.
It offers different types of accommodation, which can accommodate from a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 8 people.
It has a splendid 300 sq m swimming pool, complete with whirlpool, where you can play and swim, an equipped play area dedicated to children of all ages. Animation, water aerobics courses and evenings dedicated to guests.

This 60 m2 three-room apartment is suitable for 5-7 people (with supplement for the 7th person) and consists of:

Second floor: bedroom with double bed and covered balcony overlooking the swimming pool, and a bedroom with bunk bed plus single bed and covered balcony, bathroom with shower, safe, air conditioning / heating system. Parking space for exclusive use on the external perimeter of the residence.
Dogs are welcome in this three-room apartment.

The Po Delta Park of Emilia Romagna is the most important Italian site and one of the best in Europe for birdwatching, with over 310 reported species, of which 152 nesting and 176 winterers. For many species the Delta represents a true stronghold at European or national level.
For true nature lovers suggestive excursions and guided tours by boat or on foot to visit the exclusive places that only the territory of the Po Delta Park can offer.
A unique environment, made of thick reeds, narrow canals and semi-submerged benches, where only waterfowl find refuge and where men can only listen to their call and admire their beauty.
