The holiday park is located in a fairytale-like hilly area, right in the heart of the Rhineland-Palatinate region, in Germany. The entire surrounding area of the park emanates a romantic and authentic atmosphere, where guests are greeted by stunning views of the hills, lush green forests, vast vineyards, and the Moselle River.

The typical half-timbered villas of the park blend in with ease into this painting of serenity and there are many activities to try out while staying here. There is an indoor pool, bowling alleys, a Kids Club, and even golf courses for beginners and advanced golfers as well complete with challenging holes and beautiful vistas.

Interior

This restored, detached family villa is suitable for 14 people. The living room has a dining area and television and is adjacent to the open kitchen which has a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, and a microwave. Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms with single beds and 1 bathroom with a shower. In the storage room, you will find a washing machine and a dryer and there is a separate toilet in the hall. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms with single beds and 3 bathrooms, 1 with a bathtub and 1 with a traditional sauna. You will also find a separate toilet upstairs. Outside there are 2 parking spaces and a garden with a furnished terrace. You can use the WiFi for free.

Swimming pool
The swimmingpool of Cochem is open again.
Currently, you may use the pool for 90 minutes per reservation/stay. Reservations can be made in advance at the Service Point.

At Ferienresort Cochem, from Monday 2 September 2024 to Friday 20 December 2024, the indoor swimming pool and the toddler/preschool pool will be undergoing construction. The swimming pools will be closed during this period.

Construction work
Between Monday, September 4th, 2023 and Friday, June 28th, 2024, Ferienresort Cochem will be working to renovate the central building. Unfortunately, this means that there will be limited access to certain facilities.
The swimming pool will, however, remain open according to the current timetable. In the meantime, we will do everything to minimize any other resulting inconveniences.

* Business bookings are not accepted.
* A higher deposit may be required for certain groups arrangements throughout the park.
* Pets are welcome, but only on request as not all accommodations are suitable for pets. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed.
* At the Service Point Cochem you can only pay with debit card or credit card. We can't process cash payments. However, cash can be used to pay at other facilities.
* A continuous recreational stay of up to a maximum of 21 nights is possible.
