The four-person apartment is situated on the first and second floors and accessed by a wide staircase. On the first floor, you enter the bright living room (with flat-screen television). The interior is homely, with cheerful colours. Here you will also find the kitchen, dining table, sitting area, first bedroom and a bathroom with a toilet.
The welcoming open kitchen has a combination microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge, a toaster, a kettle and a Senseo filter coffee machine. The first bedroom has a 160 x 200 cm box spring bed. Bicycles can be stored under the stairs immediately upon entering. Bicycles can also be rented from ”the neighbours” if you do not have your own. The property is perfect for guests with children, as the long driveway ensures that they cannot easily walk onto the street. The property includes an outdoor playground, go-kart, swing, sandpit and trampoline where children can enjoy themselves outside.
