Accommodation
The holiday home is on a spacious lot with a driveway. The front door leads into the hall, through which you can enter the cosy living room (30 m2), which has a comfortable seating area with a corner sofa and two separate armchairs at the rear by the television. The large window and sliding door let plenty of daylight into the home. The dining area in the middle of the living room has room for eight people, and the adjacent window offers a beautiful view of the garden. The fully-equipped corner kitchen at the front of the house has everything you need to make cooking and dining a breeze, including a ceramic hob, combination microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine and filter coffee machine. The adjacent utility room holds a washer, dryer and a second refrigerator/freezer. In nice weather, you can open the sliding doors and step directly into the garden with a great view of Sneekermeer. The southeast-facing waterfront garden (216 m2, 13.5 m wide x 16 m deep) features a cosy four-person seating area by the water, and a private jetty with a dock ladder. The eight-person garden table on the terrace offers an excellent dining experience.

The accommodation has four bedrooms with space for eight people. The first bedroom is on the ground floor. This spacious bedroom with an ensuite bathroom has been created in an annexe. The bedroom has a double box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm) and is fully furnished with bedside tables, bedside lamps and a spacious closet to store clothes. The adjacent bathroom (7.5 m2) is equipped with a vanity unit with a double faucet, a walk-in rain shower, an additional toilet, and a designer radiator. You can reach the stairs to the second floor through a door in the living room; the toilet is also located here. The second floor holds an additional two bedrooms and a bathroom. Both bedrooms have a double box-spring bed, two bedside tables, bedside lamps, and a closet. One of the bedrooms on the second floor also has a nice desk, allowing you to work in peace during your holiday, if necessary. The second bathroom (6 m2) has a generous corner bath, vanity unit, separate shower stall and an additional toilet. The open staircase leads to the third bedroom in the attic. This bedroom also features a double box-spring bed, bedside tables and bedside lamps. The gabled roof provides a cosy sleeping environment, and the extraordinary round window offers a unique view of Sneekermeer.

A folding cot and high chair are provided for a child up to two years old. The driveway of the house has room for two cars, and there is plenty of space to park in front of the house. Pets are not allowed. If you do not have your own gear, you can rent a wide variety of water sports equipment at Sneekermeer to keep you entertained in and around the water. Besides Sneek, large cities such as Leeuwarden, Heerenveen and Joure are also nearby, guaranteeing cultural entertainment, excellent shopping in the quaint boutiques and a wonderful lunch or dinner in one of the many restaurants.

- There is daily arrival, except on Sundays. Weekly rentals apply during the holidays.
- You have to pay the bill in advance.
- Check-in is possible from 4 p.m. On departure day you have to leave the house at 9.30 am, after which you hand in the key at the location where you collected it.
- Babycots that may be present do not have bed linen. Please bring this yourself.
- In almost all cases, bed linen and towels are provided. In your booking you can see if this is the case.
- You must register overnight visitors and only after approval these visitors may spend the night. Of course against payment of bed linen and tourist tax.
- Pets are sometimes allowed, this is mentioned in the property info. Please get informed about this option. As the owner you are responsible for your dog. Do not disturb other guests or neighbors.
- Youth groups are not allowed.
- Business bookings on request.
