Location

For your peaceful and pleasant holiday, we present you this accommodation which is located in the foothill town of Svoboda nad Úpou, which leads to the heart of the Giant Mountains.

Interior

This lovely holiday house can accommodate up to 14 people for an unforgettable holiday in the middle of the nature.

On the ground floor you will find two bedrooms. The first bedroom is for 4 persons including 1x extra bed. The second bedroom is for 2 persons. These bedrooms have a spacious large bathroom with bath, toilet, and bidet.

Upstairs there are three more bedrooms. The first bedroom is for 4 persons, including 1x extra bed. The other 2 bedrooms are equipped with a double bed. In each bedroom there is a separate bathroom with shower and toilet.

All bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, and clothes rack.

There is also a children's playroom upstairs, equipped with a table for 4 children, a children's seating area, toys for children aged 2 months to 10 years.

For children there are 2 travel cots including bed linen, 2 high chairs, a
toilet seat, a highchair for the toilet and a baby potty.

*Toilet facilities:*

The cottage has 4 bathrooms with toilet, and one separate toilet.

On the ground floor in the hall there is a separate toilet and a spacious bathroom with toilet, bidet and bathtub.

On the upper floor there are 3 en-suite bathrooms.

Each guest is also provided with a bath towel and hand towel in each bathroom. The lower bathroom is equipped with accessories such as soaps and a hairdryer.

*Heating*:

The cottage has radiators in every room as well as underfloor heating controlled by a thermostat.

*Transportation, parking:*

There are 2 parking spaces in front of the cottage, 2 more spaces are available by the road in summer.

In the winter season 2 parking spaces in front of the cottage and 2 spaces in the street 20 m away.

*Meals*

The house has a well-equipped kitchen. If you don't want to spend your holiday cooking, there are local restaurants, bistros and shops within walking distance. Larger supermarkets are within 8 km.

*Equipment of the cottage*

At the entrance to the cottage there is a hallway, which is equipped with a hanger and a toilet.

This hallway serves as a crossroads to the whole house. To the left is a spacious bathroom with access to the bedroom. Further downstairs you will find a modern fitted kitchen where clean lines and impeccable design prevail. The kitchen is equipped with high quality appliances - combined fridge, electric oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood, kettle, Nespresso Vertuo capsule coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, contact grill and toaster. The kitchen also has a built-in illuminated cupboard with wine glasses.

The kitchen is further connected to the dining room, where there is a spacious table for 12 people. In this area there is also a living room equipped with a sofa, armchair, and Smart TV.

The open space also serves as a dining room and a relaxation area, which opens onto the terrace and garden. The terrace is equipped with seating for 8 people and a bench for 6 people. A charcoal grill and a gas grill are available in the garden.

In the summer months, the spacious garden offers plenty of use + swimming pool.

Surroundings

Be the first to take a trip to Farmapark Muchomůrka, which is only 1.5 km away from us – here children can try various activities and pet the animals. A popular attraction during the summer is the Summer Swimming Pool - Sejfy Retropark and the Baldův Svět entertainment complex. If you long for easy hiking, visit the Krkonoše Treetop Trail and take a trip to Černá Hora, which you can climb on foot or comfortably by cable car called "Černá Hora Express". If you decide to spend the Christmas holidays, New Year's Eve or spring holidays with us, the Svoboda nad Úpou Ski Area offers quality pistes, night skiing and cross-country trails.
