This beautiful apartment for 4+2 guests has a communal pool and gardens, as well as a fantastic private terrace where you can enjoy the good weather in Benalmádena.
The exterior of the beautiful residential offers a wonderful shared 10 x 7 metre chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.2 to 2.5 metres. The little ones can also cool off in the children's pool, which has a depth of 0.4 metres. The pools are available from 9 am to 10 pm in the summer months. The apartment, on the other hand, has a large private terrace from where you can directly access the garden and pools and which is equipped with an outdoor dining area and a ceiling fan on the porch.





Interior

The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a simple and cosy style. The living/dining room has a TV and a ceiling fan and leads to the terrace of the house. The kitchen is connected to the dining area through a comfortable breakfast bar and is equipped with a ceramic hob. In addition, there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. In the apartment there are 2 bedrooms, both with ceiling fan as well. The first one has a double bed and the second one has a bunk bed and a sofa bed for one of the extra guests. The second extra guest can rest on the sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom has a bathtub. Finally, we can provide you with a cot and high chair if you are travelling with your baby.
