Location

With the sea in front and a lush park surrounding it, this villa provides a serene setting on a green hill adorned with trees, enjoying the breeze and sunlight for many months of the year. Here, one can indulge in leisurely walks, jogging on designated paths, or simply focus on self-care. This independent holiday home features a private pool, offering a nature-immersed getaway while conveniently located just a 5-minute drive from Porto San Giorgio's beaches.

Revitalizing a 1900s Marche mansion was a courageous and passionate endeavour undertaken by the owners of the property. The colours, materials, and furnishings were meticulously chosen to create a warm and inviting ambiance, enjoyable day and night. The park, teeming with vegetation and inhabited by various small wild animals, imparts a harmonious blend of colours, scents, and sounds both inside and outside the rooms.

Spanning 5000 hectares, the park showcases thousands of plant and flower species, providing ever-changing colours and scents throughout the year. The villa is aptly named after this diverse floral display. Within the park, guests can discover corners with waterfalls, water games, relaxation spots with benches and tables, as well as walking paths harmonizing with the surrounding nature.

Ideal for families or groups of up to 8 people seeking privacy and tranquillity, this holiday accommodation ensures easy access to essential services within a few minutes by car.
