Surrounded by a meticulously maintained garden, the property includes a wind-sheltered veranda and multiple terraces adorned with a dining table, lounge furniture, a bistro table, and sun loungers.
Interior
The residence spans two floors, with the ground floor showcasing an impressive open-plan layout. This space encompasses a living area with sofas and a fireplace, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring comfortable benches and a rustic kitchen dining table. Accessible via a staircase, the upper floor hosts the sleeping quarters, comprising five bedrooms and three bathrooms. Additionally, there is a separate annex that accommodates four extra beds.
On the ground floor, the living area includes an entrance, a spacious living room with sofas and a fireplace, a large dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a service bathroom. The outdoor experience is enhanced by a generous veranda equipped with a dining table for 15 people, a sitting area, and a stove for winter enjoyment.
Moving to the first floor, a grand open staircase leads to the sleeping area, which consists of two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, two additional double bedrooms, and one bedroom with a double sofa bed. Two large bathrooms, each with a window, complete this floor.
The property also features an annex, comprising an open space living area with a kitchen and living room, a full bathroom with a window, and a bedroom with a double bed and a separate area housing two single beds.
Surroundings
Fano, a renowned coastal resort in northern Marche, is celebrated for hosting Italy's oldest Carnival, featuring allegorical floats, masks, and costumes. Key elements include the tradition of throwing tons of sweets from floats, the unique Arabita Music with unconventional instruments, and parades showcasing impressive papier-mâché and foam rubber floats up to 16 meters high covering a 2 km stretch.
