The accommodation, furnished in a classic style, features two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a spacious living area, a separate kitchen, and a small terrace.

The living area includes a large living room adorned with sofas, armchairs, and a TV, complemented by a French door providing access to the terrace. The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, 4-burner stove, oven, and a French window that opens onto the terrace.

In the sleeping area, there is a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm.) and a single bed (80 x 180 cm.), as well as another bedroom with two single beds (80 x 190 cm.). The bathroom, complete with a window, features a shower, sink, bidet, toilet, and a washing machine.

A welcome courtesy kit is provided, including:

• 3 towels per person (1 shower towel, 1 face towel, 1 bidet towel)
• 2 sheets per bed
• 2 pillowcases

For the bathroom, the kit includes:

• 1 shower mat for each bathroom
• 1 liquid hand soap with a disposable dispenser for each bathroom
• 1 liquid shampoo shower with a disposable dispenser for each bathroom
• 2 rolls of wrapped toilet paper for each bathroom

In the kitchen, the kit comprises:

• 1 disposable dish sponge
• 1 kitchen sponge cloth
• 1 liquid hand dish detergent (500 ml)
• 3 dishwasher tabs

• 1 disposable hand sanitizer gel (500 ml)

Porto Recanati, the northernmost coastal town in the province of Macerata, features a central coastline with both stony and sandy beaches, along with a steep sea. The flat terrain, near Monte Conero, makes it ideal for leisurely seafront walks, catering to family tourism. Modern bathing establishments, children's playgrounds, water sports opportunities, and three cycling paths contribute to making Porto Recanati a popular seaside destination in the Marche region.

The town's seafaring heritage is showcased in the Museo del Mare, situated in the former fish market complex. To the south lies the archaeological area of the Roman city Potentia, near the remains of the 12th-century Abbey of Santa Maria in Potenza. In the Scossicci valley, the Banderuola church stands, believed to be the first stop of the Holy House during its transfer to Italy. The Villino Terni in the Montatrice area, an Art Nouveau-style building, features frescoes by local painter Biagio Biagetti.

A culinary highlight of Porto Recanati is the brodetto, a fish-based dish. The local variant excludes tomatoes and incorporates saffron or wild saffron from the Conero, giving the dish a distinct yellow hue.
