Interior
Our Type E apartments are perfect for large families or groups of friends. These modern, heated apartments offer three bedrooms, one on the ground floor and two on the first floor, providing ample space and privacy.
The spacious living room features a corner sofa, dining table for six, and a flatscreen TV with various channels. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a 4-burner hob.
The ground-floor bedroom and the two upstairs bedrooms each have two single boxspring beds with duvets and pillows. The apartment has two bathrooms: one on the ground floor with a bath, shower, sink, and toilet, and another on the first floor with a bath or shower and a sink. There's also a separate toilet on the first floor.
A relaxing patio with garden furniture awaits you outside the apartment.

- The minimum age of at least one of the residents has to be 18 years old. The maximum number of people is not allowed to be exceeded (including babies).
- If the above rules are not followed, LA SAPINIÈRE reserves the right to cancel the booking without a refund.
- No pets are allowed in Type A. One pet is allowed in Types B, C, D, and E. Two pets are allowed in Types F6, F6Luxe, F8, F8 Plus, and F16.
Arrival and Pool Usage
- Upon arrival at the park, you will receive free entrance tickets for the Aqua Nat’Our pool (max. 3 hours per day) at the reception.
- In the sports and leisure complex, you will receive a wristband that registers the time of arrival, departure, and any extras such as additional hours, sauna, fitness, food, and drink.
- When leaving the complex, the wristbands will be scanned, and you can pay for any extra services by cash or card.
Long-Term Bookings
- Business and/or long-term bookings are allowed for a maximum stay of 15 nights. Bookings exceeding 15 nights must be reserved directly at the park, where different prices may apply.
- Additional conditions: Maximum occupancy of 1 person per bedroom. The use of bed linen is always mandatory (changed every 14 days, €8 per person per change).
- A mandatory cleaning service is required every 14 days. The cost depends on the booked house type.
Deposits and Electricity
- A deposit is charged at check-in:
- €150 for most types.
- €250 for Type F16.
- The cost for average electricity consumption is included. Meter readings are checked at check-out.
- If usage exceeds the average, additional costs (€0.25 per kWh) will be deducted from the deposit.
- Remaining deposit amounts will be refunded within two weeks of departure.
- Electricity consumption included per night:
- Type A: 20 kWh (October–April); 10 kWh (May–September).
- Type B, C: 25 kWh (October–April); 10 kWh (May–September).
- Type D: 30 kWh (October–April); 10 kWh (May–September).
- Type E: 40 kWh (October–April); 15 kWh (May–September).
- Type F06: 50 kWh (October–April); 15 kWh (May–September).
- Type F06 Luxe: 50 kWh (October–April); 25 kWh (May–September).

Special Notes
- Long-term or business rentals require a higher deposit (€600) and a deposit for electricity costs, settled monthly.

Renovation Notice
- Starting October 7, 2024, the outdoor pool will be renovated.
- Work will take place Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, excluding:
- October 19 – November 3, 2024.
- December 20, 2024 – January 12, 2025.
- Work is expected to finish by mid-April 2025.
- The park will minimize disturbances and block views of construction with fences and covers.
- The AquaNat’Our indoor pool will remain accessible during normal hours.
