Vertical 4-rooms-detached house situated 400 meters from the beach and from the center. The detached villa is in vertical with private entrance and garden with tiles and parking on it. There are 2 balconies for each bedroom.

Surroundings
A few kilometers away is the Po Delta Park, with its alternation of woods and lagoons: the Comacchio Valleys extend just outside the town, which can be visited by bicycle or by motorboat, while the woods of Mesola and Santa Giustina ( km 20) are ideal for a fresh walk in nature after a day at the beach.
Obviously, a visit to the historic center of Comacchio is not to be missed, the real capital of the Delta Park, which with its dense network of bridges and canals is an extraordinary "little Venice".
