Le Grand Bleu 6p Cottage

Nestled in the Hérault region along the Mediterranean coast, Vendres Plage is a charming seaside destination situated between Narbonne and Béziers. Close to Valras, this resort is an ideal spot for a vacation in Languedoc-Roussillon. With 4 km of sandy beaches, abundant sunshine, a scenic lake, and a small port, Vendres Plage offers a relaxing coastal atmosphere.

Just 800 meters from the beach, Résidence Le Grand Bleu provides a welcoming setting for a family getaway. Shops are conveniently located 300 meters from the residence for all your holiday needs.

On-site amenities include:

• Outdoor swimming pool (open mid-June to mid-October; closed Saturday mornings)

• Laundry facilities (additional charge)

• Outdoor parking (1 space per unit)

Accommodation
The residence features approximately one hundred adjoining villas, each designed to host 5 or 6 guests. Each unit includes a living area with sleeping arrangements, bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, and separate toilet, along with a small garden or open terrace. The 5-person villas include a mezzanine level, while the 6-person options offer an additional floor, providing ample space for a comfortable stay.

Deposit: Payable on site by cash, check, or credit card (Visa/Eurocard). It is destroyed after the accommodation is checked.

Tourist tax: Charged per person per day. Free for children under 18. Payable at check-in.

Arrival & departure:

• Rental stays (7+ nights): Arrival from 5 p.m., departure before 10 a.m.

• Escapade stays (2–6 nights): Arrival from 3 p.m., departure before 10 a.m.
  Contact the residence for early arrival (subject to availability). In case of late arrival, notify the reception.

Included in the price – Rental stay:

• Bed linen

• TV

• 1 parking space

• Access to outdoor pool (mid-June to mid-October)

• Final cleaning (except kitchen area and dishes)*

*Accommodation must be left clean. Extra cleaning beyond standard may be charged from the deposit.

Same as rental stay, plus bathroom linen.

*It is not possible to place a baby bed in the 6-person cottages due to space limitations.
