The residence is situated on the fourth and highest floor of a historic building lacking an elevator, offering a splendid view over the city's rooftops. It can accommodate up to four individuals, boasts air conditioning, and is especially suitable for families or friends.

The living area is designed as an open space, featuring a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table. The living space includes a double sofa bed, a mezzanine with two armchairs, and a French window leading to a balcony equipped with a table and chairs for dining.

Moving to the sleeping area, there is one double bedroom with access to a small terrace, and a complete bathroom with a window.

The apartment is enhanced by a balcony with a small table, providing an ideal spot to savor a glass of wine while enjoying a picturesque city view. Additionally, the balcony hosts a washing machine. The master bedroom also offers access to a petite terrace.
