Hourtin is a vibrant and family-friendly resort, located in the Gironde where the Landes forest meets the Médoc. It's the perfect sunny getaway with plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained.

Our Résidence du Port is ideally situated right on the town's marina, giving you immediate access to all the fun. From here, you can easily reach the Hourtin-Carcans lake and the local beaches, where you can enjoy a variety of watersports and seaside leisure activities.

The residence is made up of three small buildings nestled around a garden and a swimming pool. Our comfortable apartments range from studios for two people to three-room apartments for six. Each one is equipped with a functional kitchenette, bathroom, TV, and free Wi-Fi, along with a private terrace or balcony.

Deposit
A security deposit is required on arrival (credit card imprint only). It will be released after the final cleaning on the day of departure.

Tourist & Eco Taxes
Tourist tax and eco tax must be paid on site (applies to all guests over 18 years old).

Arrival and Departure Times

• Rental package (7 nights or more): arrival from 5:00 p.m. / departure before 10:00 a.m.

• Getaway package (short stays of 2 to 6 nights): arrival from 5:00 p.m. / departure before 11:00 a.m.
  If you are arriving outside reception opening hours, please inform the residence in advance. Instructions will then be provided.

• Children’s entertainment (ages 4–11) during summer school holidays

  Important: Accommodation must be left clean and tidy. If additional cleaning is required beyond what is included in the end-of-stay service, the cost will be deducted from the deposit.
